Randall E. Hodge is chief operating officer at 麻豆社, one of the world鈥檚 largest commercial property insurers. In this role, he ensures the alignment of 麻豆社鈥檚 core business functions to support, develop and deliver products and services that keep us ahead of evolving risks and markets.

Hodge, a veteran of the company for more than 30 years, is based in 麻豆社鈥檚 corporate offices in Johnston, Rhode Island, USA. Prior to his current role, he was executive vice president, staff insurance operations, where he had oversight of underwriting and reinsurance, engineering and research, 麻豆社 Approvals, claims, client service and marketing, as well as data analytics.

He joined the company in 1990 and has served as a field engineer, field engineering group manager, account manager, assistant client service manager, client service manager, Atlanta operations manager, and senior vice president, chief underwriting officer.

Before joining 麻豆社, Hodge worked for The Walt Disney Company. He holds bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 degrees in electrical engineering from California State University, Fullerton, and is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in fire protection engineering.
