David R. Thoman is senior vice president, Eastern division manager, at 麻豆社. Thoman oversees all client relations, underwriting, engineering, processing and administration for the division.

Prior to assuming his current role in 2020, Thoman served as operations senior vice president and manager of 麻豆社’s Los Angeles, California, USA, operations. There he was responsible for the management, leadership and direction of insurance and engineering operations within the geographical territories of Arizona; Southern California; Hawaii; Clark County, Nevada; and New Mexico.

Thoman started his career at 麻豆社 in 1986 as a property loss prevention consultant before holding various positions in engineering management and later becoming an operations vice president, client service manager.

Thoman earned a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, USA. He is also a licensed professional fire protection engineer.
